It’s crucial that all members, players, and visiting clubs pay close attention to recent changes in car park management at Monash. To ensure the smooth running of the facility and avoid unnecessary costs, please be aware that the University has implemented a new, strict enforcement regime handled by a private security firm.
The New Rules of Parking (and Where Not to Park)
The private security company is now highly active and is issuing infringement notices (fines) for violations. These fines are non-negotiable, and unfortunately, our usual club channels, including assistance from Shane, will not be able to help appeal or overturn them.
To avoid a hefty fine, you must strictly adhere to the following:

Bus Zones are Off-Limits: Under no circumstances should you park in designated bus sections.

Respect the Time Limits: Do not use the 15-minute express parking spots for longer than the stated time.

Keep Off the Green: Parking on the grass area at the entrance of the car park is strictly prohibited.

Clear the Entrance: The gravel entrance area at the front gate must be kept clear at all times.
Important for Visiting Teams
If you are involved in organising practice games or fixtures against other clubs in the New Year, it is important that you communicate these strict new parking restrictions to the visiting team’s coaches, managers, and players before they arrive. We want to avoid our guests receiving costly and frustrating fines!
